Somizi’s Husband Turns Into A Laughing Stock After Death Of Mary Twala

Published

on

The sad passing of South African actress Mary Twala and the mother of Somizi Mhlongo touched many this week.

Somizi’s husband, Mohale Motaung, is one of the most hurt as he was close to the deceased.

Although Somizi has not spoken since the death of his mother, Mohale has come out and pleaded for prayers for Somizi during his sadness.

Mohale wrote on his Twitter page that he was calling on people to pray for Somizi because he had never seen him in the situation he is currently facing.

This eventually turned him into a joke that looks like someone who gets involved in issues that don’t concern him.

He sais he had never seen his husband in this situation. And asked that people please pray for him, his family, and said he needed to be strong for him.

People accused him for liking to be in the spotlight because Mary’s death was her son’s concern. Others simply focused on the fact that he was a son-in-law and it also caused a great deal of stirring.

But people soem sympathize with Mohale and promises to keep the family in prayer.

Others have made it clear that there is nothing that he can do at this time to make the situation better because it’s life.

Others had encouraged him to support Somizi and stay close to him because this is what will make him better at this time.

The actress who welcomed their first child together on June 29 this year, disclosed this in an interview with Punch.

In the interview, Regina said she met her husband for the first time when she and some others went on a tour of his house in the village

”The first impression I had when I met him, which I will keep saying is that he looked like a farmer. We actually went on a tour to his house in the village (Aniocha North Local Government Area, Delta State) and he was so polite and educative.

He wants one to know about nature and the world in general. He wants one to experience different things, so he was always trying to educate us on that particular visit.”

The actress said her hubby is always pushing her to be a better person.

”Being married to him (Ned Nwoko), I feel free. I can do whatever I want, dress however I like and live my life. He is always pushing me to be a better person. He brings me out there because he wants me to be more exposed. He wants me to see the world in a different way. As a matter of fact, there are so many things I just can’t start to explain.”

The Federal Government, through the Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu has debunked the news that is the West African Examination Council (WAEC) and other final examinations may hasten up the school resumption, saying the schools in Nigeria will not be resuming any moment from now until it is safe to do so.

According to Vanguard news, the Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu made the statement while briefing State House correspondents at the end of the 7th virtual Federal Executive Council, FEC, meeting led by President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Contraryto the widely spread news earlier, the minister made it clear that no students, including those preparing for Senior Secondary School Examination (SSCE), will be allowed to resume too soon until it is safe to do so; saying, he would rather prefer that the students lose an academic year than exposing them to dangers m

Meanwhile, some states have announced the resumption of schools, but the minister has appealed to such states to reconsider their decisions and avoid putting the lives of the young ones in jeopardy.

The rate of infections going up will not allow any school to get reopened too soon, according to the Minister of Education. He said WAEC will not determine for them and so, all schools will still remain closed till further notice.
